All of our routes are planned, mapped out, and coordinated with events and activities. The route is previewed prior to each tour to ensure that all conditions will be acceptable for the tour.
Groups that book a custom tour may specify the desired average daily mileage, the level of difficulty, and the number of riding versus layover days. The group may also request optional motel stays and activities to be included in the tour.
A “good” route plan might be a week full of century rides for a “go the distance” group of serious riders. For another group it might be a week of leisurely rides with lots of activities and points of interest stops along the way. If you are going to tour Oregon on a bike you might as well enjoy the scenery and activities along the way.
Once the tour arrangements are finalized, each participant receives a copy of the itinerary with route map, daily mileage and elevation profiles. During your tour a route guides with maps and turn-by-turn directions are handed out each day.
During your ride our staff is close by with support – snacks and water, gear drop/pickup, SAG breaks, mechanical support, and lunch. Everything that you need to be able to enjoy the days tour without having to carry all your own gear.
