           Sample Route

Our tours are based on the premise that there are groups of riders out there who would love to create their own full support tour but don't have the time to organzie it, the gear to support it, or the crew to run it.  That's what we do.

We work with the tour organizer to plan out a tour that meets the average daily mileage, level of difficulty, and the number of riding versus layover days preferences of your group.  A “good” route might be a week full of century rides for a “go for it” group of serious riders. For another group it might be a week of leisurely rides with lots of activities and points of interest stops along the way. If you are going to tour Oregon on a bike you might as well enjoy the scenery and activities along the way.

When the route and schedule are finalized we prepare a tour itinerary that the group organizer can use to promote the tour.  The route is mapped out in detail and maps and route guides are prepared.  We preview the route prior to the tour to ensure that riding conditions and lodging arrangements will be appropriate for the tour.

We take care of all advance logistics such as reserving lodging and campgrounds, booking special events and activities, and securing of all required permits and registrations.

Once the tour arrangements are finalized, each participant receives a copy of the itinerary with a route map that includes daily mileage and elevation profiles. During your tour, route guides with maps and turn-by-turn directions are handed out each day.

During your ride our staff is close by with support – snacks and water, gear drop/pickup, SAG breaks, mechanical support, and lunch. Everything that you need to be able to enjoy the days tour without having to carry all your gear on your bike.
