Our SAG wagon is a 15 passenger van that has been modified to accommodate 12 passengers and gear storage in the rear. The only time that our guests ride in this vehicle is when they need to take a break from riding. Two crew members ride along to support your group so we can “SAG” up to 10 people at a time. If a route requires us to transport everyone at the same time (so you don’t have to ride 20 miles of gravel road or alongside a busy stretch of highway) we bring in the bus to transport everyone.
The SAG wagon carries a
variety of food and supplies to support the group while riding. Most importantly, the SAG wagon carries tools, spare parts, and a first aid kit to take care of any emergencies. For snack breaks, we carry a variety of snacks and beverages along with energy bars that you can take along with you.
To re‐fill your water bottles we have a jug of ice water mounted on the back of the van. If you prefer to have an energy drink in your bottle we carry a variety of drink powders to add to your water.
Our SAG wagon also supports your lunch stop but our lunch stop is not your typical “grab a sack lunch and sit on a rock” kind of affair. Lunches are usually a spread of cold cuts and cheeses, cold salads, fresh vegetables with dips, and a variety of salty chips to replenish your electrolytes in the good ol’ crunchy way. You can choose to fill up your plate any way you want.
But we don’t stop there. The SAG wagon also carries several tables and enough chairs for everyone. And since we can’t always find enough shade for a nice lunch shop, we also carry some instant shelters to make our own shade.
